Teladoc virtual care
Virtual visits through Teladoc via UMR are available any time of day, at no cost to you. Use Teladoc to address acute care concerns, get a diagnosis and have a prescription sent straight to your pharmacy of choice, if necessary.
Teladoc can help with cold and flu symptoms, allergies and sinus issues, as well as stress, anxiety and other mental health concerns. For a skin concern, upload photos and a dermatologist will send a personalized treatment plan within 24 hours.

Find in-network providers
The medical plan is administered by UMR and uses the UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus network. Use a UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus in-network doctor or hospital to ensure you receive the highest level of benefits.
There are multiple ways to find in-network providers and facilities near you:
- Visit the UMR website or use the provider directory in the UMR app.
- Call a UMR Plan Advisor at 800-207-3172, Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET.
- Sign up for Garner Health to find Top Providers who will reimburse you for eligible expenses when you visit them.
