Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program through McLaughlin Young provides confidential support for you and your immediate family at no cost to you.
We know life can get complicated, and sometimes we all just need a little help. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through McLaughlin Young helps manage your and your family’s total health — mental, emotional and physical — at no cost to you.
Through the EAP, you and your immediate family members each have free, confidential access to:
- Mental health assistance and legal and financial help from professionals.
- 24-hour access to helpful resources by phone and online.
- Three face-to-face visits per issue with a licensed professional.
What the EAP offers
