When you’re traveling more than 100 miles from home for up to 90 days, you have access to helpful travel assistance services:

• Emergency medical referrals, monitoring, evacuation and repatriation
• Help with prescriptions, lost items, and emergency travel or cash arrangements
• Pre-trip information such as visa and passport requirements, immunizations, and currency exchange details
• Identity theft support, including prevention guidance, help with affidavits, credit report reviews, replacing lost or stolen cards, and translation assistance if you need to file a theft incident while abroad

Empathy

In the event of a loss, Empathy provides compassionate support to your loved ones. Beneficiaries of your life insurance can get help with will preparation, funeral planning, and grief support. A dedicated Care Manager is available to assist with estate planning, account deactivation, and other practical tasks.
