Garner Top Providers
Garner helps you find the best in-network doctors in your area and will reimburse you for eligible expenses when you visit them. These doctors, known as Top Providers, follow best practices and keep you healthier.
Using data from hundreds of millions of patients, Garner identifies the top 20% of doctors who are delivering the best patient results, so you can feel confident you are getting the best care. Top Providers are nearby, in-network and have appointment availability to see you.

Get reimbursed when you visit a Top Provider
By receiving care from Top Providers, you can get reimbursed for medical copays and deductible expenses. Your maximum annual reimbursement depends on the medical plan you choose.
Pharmacy, dental and vision expenses are not eligible for Garner reimbursement.

How to get started with Garner
You must be enrolled in a UMR medical plan to use Garner Health. To get started:
- Download the Garner app and create an account.
- Search for doctors in the Garner app and add them to your Care Team before your visit.
- Get reimbursed for some of your qualifying out-of-pocket medical expenses.
